COVID-19 Temporary Store Closures
We would like to inform our customers that all Pocklington Carpets stores are now temporarily closed. If you were due to have flooring delivered or fitted, or a Flooring Surveyor appointment, unfortunately these can no longer go ahead, and we will be in touch in due course to rearrange.
Are your stores still open?
In line with Government guidelines, and in order to protect our customers and colleagues, all Pocklington Carpets stores are now temporarily closed.
When will you reopen?
Unfortunately, we cannot give you a confirmed date as of yet, but as soon as we know, we will publish information on our website and our facebook page.
Can I have deliveries to my home?
Unfortunately, we have had to make the decision to temporarily stop all home deliveries relating to the fitting and installation of carpets, flooring and beds in line with the most up-to-date guidelines.
Can I collect my goods from my local store?
Unfortunately, as all non-essential travel has been restricted and all of our stores are currently closed, we are afraid that you cannot collect from our stores. But don’t worry, your order will be there waiting for you when we re-open!
Can I ask for compensation for the delay?
We hope that you’ll understand that in this instance we are unable to offer compensation for delays caused by the Corona virus. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working hard to ensure that, once the current restrictions are lifted, all current orders are fulfilled at the earliest opportunity.
Can I cancel my order?
All orders are subject to our usual terms and conditions, please contact our Customer Service team for further details. Some orders may not be able to be cancelled.
Do you have a contact while you are closed?
